Termination of service support for WOmed X-ray therapy systems

EXAMION GmbH will discontinue the sale and servicing of WOmed X-ray therapy devices on 31st of December 2024.

EXAMION GmbH and the manufacturer of the WOmed therapy systems, BEBIG Medical GmbH, have agreed to return service support for X-ray therapy to the parent company BEBIG Medicals from 1st of January 2025.

If you have purchased X-ray therapy systems from our company or had a service contract, you have already been informed in writing about the termination of customer support.

We would ask you to contact BEBIG Medical GmbH directly in future with all matters relating to the devices or to conclude a (new) service contract.

We will of course remain your supplier and service partner in our other business areas relating to digital X-ray imaging. In terms of service, this includes installation, repair, preventive maintenance, constancy testing, training and advice on X-ray imaging equipment.
